Went for lunch for the first time. My husband had the burrito wet and I had the taco salad. We shared an order of chips and salsa. Staff is friendly and the walls were decorated with masks. Very cool. There is plenty of seating. If you want a nice casual meal, then Rl Encanto de la Fuente is the place.
First time here. Excellent food and service. Joey was wonderful. They have a cute outdoor patio with lots of heaters. We split the sampler and it was delicious.
Terrific venue, especially outside in the patio under a ramada with trees, fireplace, heaters, and pond with goldfish. We started with the Guillermo Queso which was so disappointing, like the cheese topping on French Onion Soup. You had to use a sharp knife and fork to eat it. We should have asked as normally it is a hot bubbling dip for tortilla chips. For lunch we had the dinner salad with steak, the Plato Burro with chicken, and the Plato de Carnitas. All were delicious! Dessert was another disapointment with the shared "sopapilla". It was a heavy, solid overcooked chuck of dough covered by sugar and honey. Like a bear claw. We expected a traditional preparation which is light, fluffy, hollow and very tasty dipped in honey. We should have asked. Can't wait to go back to try more of the delicious main courses.
This is some of the best food I've had in a long time. I had the vegetarian enchiladas and the entire meal was fantastic. Usually the vegetarian dish is kind of a throwaway without much consideration as to wether is truly delicious and this was. I also didn't have to wonder if the rice and beans were also vege, they were just were automatically and they were really good as well, flavorful. Everyone else had different enchiladas and raved over how incredible they were, and husband said the red sauce on his was some of the best he has ever had. The frozen prickly pear Margaritas were really good, but came with a sugar rim. I'll make a point to ask for a salt rim next time. The chips are thin, crispy, perfectly salted and the spread of three salsas are delicious. Definitely recommend.
Had a really nice lunch here last week with family. The food was piping hot and tasty. Chips were a bit dry, but the red salsa was chunky and flavorful. They have my favorite Mexican beer, Pacifico, so cheers to that. Our female server was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a most enjoyable meal!
